Hello,
today I'm showing you two more freshly restored figures from the Kunstanstalten München. The figures from this series, which I acquired some time ago, unfortunately all have some mold on the back. I'm cleaning them very carefully with a little isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab, trying not to over-moisten the paper so that the front doesn't get soggy or even damaged.
The original inscription on this group of figures was "Maschinengewehr-Abteilung" (Machine Gun Detachment). They were probably printed on sheet number 6. Based on the checkered field caps, I assume it's a Scottish unit. The figures are each 9.5 cm long and 6.5 cm high.
